Beggar: it is bizzare to think of this as work, but the truth is, most work under someone who controls the 'territory' and in an unofficial way, they have to 'rent' their begging area.
Shoes: Everyday, I see young children running around the streets collecting specific items, most often rumaging through trash piles. This particular collection involves old shoes. The man you see is separating the materials. He seems to be after the rubber soles.
